Golden Gate Park Course Details

Golden Gate Park Disc Golf Course is permanent!

San Francisco's first disc golf course is located in Golden Gate Park. A tightly wooded 18-hole course, this course is fun for beginners and a challenge for experts. The course has recently been expanded to a permanent, 18-hole course and was officially opened on March 31st, 2007.

You can now download a the new scorecard for the Golden Gate Park Disc Golf Course. Download PDF version here.

The Golden Gate Disc Golf Course was built and is maintained completely by volunteers. The SFDGC hosts course work parties every other month to keep the course looking in great shape. Work parties are a great way to get to know some new disc golfers as well as a chance to help give something back to disc golf in San Francisco. If you take the time to play the course, please take the time to volunteer.

Work Parties are Scheduled the first Saturday of the following months: February, April, June, August, October and Decemeber. All work parties are from 8am - 1pm.

The Course is CLOSED during all work parties.

We are still raising funds for the maintenance of the course, and all donations to the course are tax deductible, if through the SF Parks Trust. If you would like to make a donation, visit our fundraising page or join our club.
