Club Update: 11.12.99
The San Francisco Disc Golf Club held its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, November 9, 1999. We elected five officers for 2000, and kept one position open to be filled at the next meeting. The officers for 2000 are:
- Greg Quiroga --President
- David Jacques --Treasurer
- Mike Gunnell --co-Marketing and Merchandising
- Joel Verby --co-Marketing and Merchandising
- Ross Hammond --Director of Outreach
The postion remaining to be filled is Secretary, the responsibilities for which include taking minutes at the monthly meetings and publishing them to Da List. A crucial role, we need to make sure we get it filled in December.
Our efforts to install a provisional course continue onward. We are currently working with the department of Recreation and Park to finalize proposals and establish processes for the final run at this. We'll keep you posted of all that comes up.
Q Got a New Job!
And while that might not have much bearing on the rest of the disc golf world, it has affected his ability to update this site. Bear with him, he's learning how to think before 9:00 in the morning =).
